I wanted to let my friends and family follow my journey and also to have a place for myself to document my experiences. I didn't know the existence of polarsteps at the time I started this trip, otherwise I would have used it.

I'm traveling with a 2006 Transalp XL 650.

I' was planning to just go east, I ended up at the border of China. Now the motorcycle is waiting me in Kyrgyzstan while I'm back in Europe for the winter.
